- Self-Care: You are responsible to care for your own psyche and well-being. You agree to commit to common sense to keep yourself and others safe at all times. You commit to communicating if you’re at your edge or if you need to say ‘No,’ and discontinue ‘the play’ in a session. You also hereby acknowledge that coaching or men’s group sessions are not therapy, nor are they a substitute for therapy and that this group does not prevent, cure nor should it be deemed treatment for any mental disorder or medical disease. You acknowledge that this group does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is your exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance and advice as needed. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is strongly recommended that you promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship.

- Dispute Resolution: We commit to honoring and engaging everything that comes up in this

container, including any dispute with compassion, connection and integrity. If a dispute arises out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, we both agree to attempt to mediate in good faith.

- No Refunds: This program is delivered as is, with no refunds. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we agree to amicably discuss ways to ensure you get what you want.

- Limited Liability: I and anyone claiming on my behalf release and forever discharge Ashae Sundara Inc (Releasee) and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in their individual and/or corporate capacities from causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which I may have against her or any Released Parties arising out of or relating to any injury, loss or damage to person and property that may be sustained as a result of participation in this course, program, or coaching relationship(“Claims”).

I agree to indemnify Releasee against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages and judgments, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to my participation in the Activity.

This Release shall not be in any way construed as an admission by the Releasee that it has acted wrongfully with respect to me or any other person, that it admits liability or responsibility at any time for any purpose, or that I have any rights whatsoever against the Releasee.

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Ashae makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall she (Ashae) be liable to the Participant for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
